Statistics

The 'Response Statistics' feature visualizes your collected responses in charts and tables.

  • Click Response Filter at the top to analyze only responses matching specific conditions (by period, field value match/contains, etc.).

  • Click Download all questions as PDF at the top to save every question's statistics as a PDF.

  • Statistics show each question's results as charts (graphs) or tables.

  • An appropriate visualization is automatically applied based on the response type.

    • Multiple choice: pie chart, vertical bar chart, horizontal bar chart, table
    • Short text: table, word cloud

  • Individual questions can be downloaded as PNG image files.

Cross Tabulation

Cross tabulation compares response results across a chosen reference variable to reveal differences between groups. For example, you can analyze satisfaction by occupation or recommendation intent by age group.

Analytics

The Analytics feature provides a visual overview of survey participation and user behavior, focusing on how respondents interact with your survey — not just what they answered.
