Auto-Delete ResponsesEnterprise
For data like personal information that needs to be discarded after a certain period, auto-delete automatically removes responses after the period you set. Your data is safely purged to meet legal requirements — without any manual cleanup.
How to Set It Up
- Open the project editor.
- Select the question that needs auto-delete (e.g., a personal info field).
- At the bottom of the options, find 'Auto-delete responses' and choose a period.
- Available periods: 3 months to 5 years
- Once you publish the survey, the setting goes live and responses will be automatically deleted after the specified period.
How It Works
- After the selected period has passed, the field's response data is completely removed from the response sheet.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered and can no longer be viewed.
Warning
- Auto-delete is applied per field, so we strongly recommend setting a retention period on any field collecting personal information.
- Deleted data is legally considered destroyed, so if you need a separate backup, export the data before the retention period ends.

Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra verification step at login to protect team members' accounts. We strongly recommend enabling it to reduce the risk of password leaks and unauthorized external access.
