Installing the Walla MCP
Connect the Walla MCP to ChatGPT or Claude and work with your Walla forms and response data directly from your AI assistant.
Walla provides an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect the Walla MCP to ChatGPT or Claude, and you can look up forms and responses, create new forms, or build custom fields while chatting with your AI assistant.
Connect the ChatGPT plugin
Install the Walla plugin
On the Walla plugin page in ChatGPT, click Install plugin.
Sign in to your Walla account
Choose the sign-in method that matches your account: Continue with Google, Sign in with SSO, or Sign in with email.
Grant access
On the app authorization screen, review the permissions requested by ChatGPT, then click Allow.
Confirm installation
When the installation confirmation appears, click Try it in chat to start using the Walla plugin.
Connect the Claude connector
Open connector settings
Go to claude.ai, open the Customize menu in the left sidebar, then go to Connectors.
Start adding a custom connector
Click the plus button in the top right of the Connectors screen and select Add custom connector.
Enter the connector details
Fill in the following in the Add custom connector dialog and click Add. You can leave the OAuth fields empty.
- Name: Walla Form
- Remote MCP server URL: https://app.walla.my/api/mcp
Connect your Walla account
Select the Walla Form connector that was added to the list, then click Connect.
Grant access
On the app authorization screen, review the permissions Claude is requesting (read projects, read project responses, download project responses, write projects, offline access) and click Allow.
Confirm the connection
Once connected, the connector switches to a Connected state. The right-hand panel shows the tools Claude can use and the permissions granted.
Starting or Changing a Subscription
If your team's needs or size change, you can update or manage your plan at any time from 'Team Settings → Team Management'.

'Team Settings' is where you manage team operations overall — team management, member invitations, security policies, activity logs, and more.
