Managing Gifticons
In Walla, you can send gifticons (rewards) to survey respondents. Once sent, you can check and manage them on the reward management page.
What You Can See
- Check the status of each item right away so you can quickly spot any missing or failed deliveries.
- Reward issue date
- Delivery status (including success / failure)
- Recipient phone number
- Reward type and quantity sent
Search and Filter
- Use the search bar at the top to search by respondent name, phone number, or other keywords.
- Filter by response period, reward delivery status, or response conditions to narrow down the list.
Approvals
Require an admin's approval for sensitive actions such as inviting team members, downloading responses, unmasking responses, and deleting surveys. Every decision is kept on record.
Purchasing Gifticons
You can send gifticons (rewards) to survey respondents in Walla. They're a great way to boost response rates or reward event participants.
