Purchasing Gifticons
You can send gifticons (rewards) to survey respondents in Walla. They're a great way to boost response rates or reward event participants.
How to Purchase Rewards
Go to the Reward Management page
Navigate to the Reward Management page.
Click Buy Reward
Click the Buy Reward button at the top.
Choose a reward
Pick the reward you want from the available brand list (e.g., Starbucks, Baedal Minjok, etc.).
Choose quantity and pay
Select the reward type and quantity, then proceed to payment.
Warning
- Walla uses an overseas Payment Gateway, so overseas transaction fees may apply depending on your card issuer.
- Before paying, be sure to disable the 'Block overseas KRW payments' (DCC block) setting in your card issuer's app or website. (Payment will fail if this setting is enabled.)
Purchase complete
Once payment is processed, you'll see a confirmation that the reward purchase is complete.
Send rewards
From the reward management page, review your purchase or send rewards to your respondents.
Managing Gifticons
In Walla, you can send gifticons (rewards) to survey respondents. Once sent, you can check and manage them on the reward management page.

In Walla, you can send gifticons (rewards) to your survey respondents. Once you've purchased rewards, you're ready to send them out.
