Sending Gifticons
In Walla, you can send gifticons (rewards) to your survey respondents. Once you've purchased rewards, you're ready to send them out.
Steps to Send Rewards
Go to the Reward Management page
Navigate to the Reward Management page.
Click Send Reward
Under 'My Rewards', click the Send Reward button.
Select respondents
Choose the question that contains the recipient's contact info (phone number field). You can pick respondents manually, or click Random Pick to select them at random.
Warning
Rewards cannot be sent to respondents whose phone number format is invalid.
Check eligibility
Review the selected respondents and exclude those who have already received a reward.
- You can see at a glance who received which rewards, and how many times.
- You can also go back to the previous step to reselect respondents.
Write a message
Write a message to send along with the reward.
- Title: up to 40 bytes
- Body: up to 200 characters
The message will be shown to respondents when they receive their reward.
Warning
- Rewards are sent to the phone number entered in the phone number field.
- Once sent, rewards cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
- Clicking the Send Reward button is considered acceptance of all terms.
Reward sent
Click the Send Reward button at the bottom to instantly deliver the reward to the selected respondents and complete the send.
Respondents receive the reward as a message.
