Standard View vs Grouped View

Standard view

• Every question is listed vertically on a single page, so respondents see them all at once.
• It's quick to scan the whole survey, but the page can get long when there are many questions.

Grouped view

• Questions are shown one at a time, in order.
• Respondents click the Next button to move to the following question.
• Useful when you want respondents to focus on one question at a time.

Showing several questions on one page

• Standard view + page breaks

  • Share in standard view and add Page breaks to split questions into sections that are comfortable to read at once.
  • A Next button appears at the bottom of each page so respondents move through the survey naturally.

• Grouped view + field groups

  • Bundle several questions into one field group, and grouped view will show all the questions in that group together on one page.
