Scheduling Survey Start and End Times
Schedule your survey to start or end automatically at a specific time. No more manual updates — the survey opens and closes on the schedule you set.
Scheduling a Start Time
- In the project editor, click the
⚙️button at the top right to open the settings tab. - Set the survey start time to a future moment, and the survey will automatically go live at that time.
Scheduling an End Time
- On the same settings screen, select 'Close Survey' to schedule when the survey should automatically end.
- End-time scheduling can also only be set to a future time.
Saving Responses Temporarily
When a respondent isn't able to finish a survey in one sitting, they can save their progress and come back to finish it later. There are two ways to use temporary saving.
Preventing Duplicate Responses
Stop the same person from submitting the same survey multiple times with the duplicate response prevention feature.
